Description
QIAGEN magnetic beads are streptavidin-coated Sepharose beads designed for pyrosequencing workflows. According to the manufacturer, they bind to the biotinylated PCR strand during the PyroMark Q48 Autoprep process, enabling automated magnetic separation to capture and purify PCR products prior to pyrosequencing on PyroMark instruments. The beads are formulated to deliver consistent DNA binding and reproducible recovery when used with PyroMark AutoPrep protocols.
