PyroMark CpG SW 1.0

Software from QIAGEN for sequence-based DNA methylation analysis on PyroMark pyrosequencing platforms. PyroMark CpG SW 1.0 imports completed PyroMark Q24 run files, automatically assigns peak heights within each pyrogram, and calculates a 0 to 100% methylation value at every cytosine in the targeted CpG region. Researchers apply the readout for epigenetics studies, imprinting profiling, tumor-suppressor promoter screening, and bisulfite-conversion quality checks during in vitro research workflows. The license installs onto the benchtop PC running the PyroMark instrument control software, where it overlays quantitative per-CpG calls, pass/fail review of each nucleotide dispensation, and trace export for downstream statistics.
