Puregene Cell Lysis Solution (125 ml)

From QIAGEN, this cell lysis reagent is designed to disrupt cell membranes and release nucleic acids as part of the Puregene workflow. Combined with the accompanying precipitation reagents, it yields clean genomic DNA suitable for PCR and sequencing.

Used within the Puregene Accessories range alongside Puregene Kits, the solution supports purification of archive-quality DNA from a wide range of sample types. The scalable procedure produces high-molecular-weight (100–200 kb) DNA suitable for archiving, gently removes contaminants and inhibitors, and allows large-volume samples to be processed as long-term references.
