Description
From QIAGEN, the Ni-NTA Superflow nickel-charged resin supports tagged protein expression workflows, covering purification and detection of 6xHis-tagged proteins from cell lysates. The resin is suited to batch and column purification, can be used in gravity flow or automated formats, and is FPLC-compatible.
Key technical specifications include a Superflow support matrix with a bead size of 60–160 µm, a binding capacity of up to 50 mg/mL, and a maximum pressure rating of 140 psi.
