Ms Recom TECK (CCL25), 25 µg

STEMCELL Technologies Mouse Recombinant TECK (CCL25) is a bioactive chemokine supplied as a 25 µg aliquot for immunology and cell migration research. TECK, also designated CCL25, signals through the G protein-coupled receptor CCR9 and directs lymphocyte homing to the small intestinal mucosa, supporting studies of gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT), thymic emigration, and mucosal immune cell trafficking.

Typical applications include in vitro chemotaxis assays with CCR9-expressing T cells, lymphocyte recruitment studies, receptor signaling investigations, and modeling of inflammatory bowel disease. The recombinant protein is validated for bioactivity and is suitable for reproducible cell culture work, including transmigration, Boyden chamber-style experiments, and downstream flow cytometry readouts of migrated populations.
