Mouse recombinant MIG (CXCL9) chemokine, supplied by STEMCELL Technologies as a 5 µg aliquot for immunology research. CXCL9 is an interferon-gamma-induced chemokine that binds the CXCR3 receptor and drives directional migration of activated T cells, NK cells, and other leukocyte subsets toward sites of inflammation. Researchers commonly use this recombinant protein to set up transwell chemotaxis assays, to study Th1-polarized immune responses in cell culture, and to characterize tumor microenvironment signaling where CXCL9 expression correlates with cytotoxic lymphocyte infiltration. The lyophilized powder is reconstituted in sterile buffer before dilution into assay media, and working stocks are stored refrigerated or frozen to preserve activity across freeze-thaw cycles. Each vial is intended for research use only as a single-use aliquot in vitro, supporting reproducible dose-response work in migration, receptor binding, and downstream signaling studies.
