Flow cytometry data published by the manufacturer show human peripheral blood mononuclear cells stained with this isotype control and revealed with a rat anti-mouse IgG2a secondary antibody conjugated to PE; matching data panels are shown for the Alexa Fluor 488, APC, Biotin, and FITC conjugates.
