Ms IgG2a,k Ctrl, C1.18.4, AZ, 100µg

This Mouse monoclonal IgG2a, kappa isotype control antibody from STEMCELL Technologies is APC-conjugated and is designed for use as an isotype-matched control to assess non-specific binding by an antigen-specific antibody. The C1.18.4 clone is verified for assessing non-specific binding to cells in flow cytometry applications, with both verified and reported applications listed as FC.

The C1.18.4 antibody has unknown specificity and is secreted by a cell line derived from the X65563 myeloma cell line, which arose spontaneously in a female C3H mouse. The host species is Mouse (C3H, also denoted C3H/He, C3H/Bi), the clonality is monoclonal, and the isotype is IgG2a, kappa. The target antigen is the IgG2a Isotype Control.

The antibody is supplied in a phosphate-buffered solution at pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin, and was purified by affinity chromatography. For stability, the product should be stored undiluted at 2–8°C; do not freeze and protect from prolonged exposure to light.
