STEMCELL Technologies offers a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody, Clone MOPC-21, designed for estimating the degree of non-specific binding of a primary antibody to cells.
According to the manufacturer, validation data cover flow cytometry applications across unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP-Cy5.5 formats. Sample workflows shown include labeling of dendritic cells derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, as well as immunofluorescence labeling of human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells.
