Description
A PE-conjugated mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Antibody (Clone MOPC-21) from STEMCELL Technologies, supplied as a clear liquid and recommended for use as a laboratory reagent.
According to the manufacturer, this clone has been verified for estimating the degree of non-specific binding to cells by a primary antibody. Supporting data published by STEMCELL Technologies demonstrate flow cytometry analysis on dendritic cells derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) processed with the EasySep™ Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit, as well as labelling of human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells cultured using mTeSR™1 on Corning® Matrigel®-coated slides, followed by detection with a rat anti-mouse IgG1 antibody, PE.
