Description
A mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody (clone MOPC-21) conjugated to PE, available from STEMCELL Technologies, serves as a laboratory reagent. It has been verified for estimating the degree of non-specific binding of a primary antibody to cells and has been demonstrated in flow cytometry workflows, including analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and dendritic cells derived from them.
The product is supplied as a clear liquid. According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 [CLP] and is stable under recommended transport and storage conditions.
