Description
From STEMCELL Technologies, this biotin-conjugated mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control antibody, Clone MOPC-21, is intended for use as an isotype-matched control to estimate the degree of non-specific binding by an antigen-specific antibody. The manufacturer has verified the clone for assessing non-specific binding to cells in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy, including both surface and intracellular staining. Representative figures from the manufacturer include flow cytometry of dendritic cells derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, as well as immunofluorescence labeling of human ES and iPS cells cultured using mTeSR™1.
