Description
QIAGEN offers an mRNA Detection Probe Control as part of its LNA-enhanced detection probe portfolio, which is designed for ultra-sensitive and specific in situ hybridization (ISH) of mRNA and small RNAs.
The control is available with several end-modification options, including variants carrying TYE665, TYE563, FAM, digoxigenin (DIG), biotin, and amino groups at the 5' end, the 3' end, or both ends. Probes in this family allow detection of short RNAs and discrimination between highly similar sequences. Their high affinity for target sequences enables the use of stringent hybridization and washing conditions despite short probe lengths.
