Part of QIAGEN's Assay Technologies portfolio under the Consumables budget line, this pathway-focused microRNA profiling array supports research into specific biological pathways and disease areas including cancer, immunopathology, inflammation, neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, fibrosis, and apoptosis.

The array is being discontinued, with production scheduled to cease on May 1, 2021, though it remains available while existing stocks last. QIAGEN recommends transitioning to the miRCURY LNA miRNA PCR Focus Panel range as the successor system.

Designed for targeted miRNA quantification, the miRCURY LNA PCR Focus Panels use locked nucleic acid (LNA)-enhanced primers and probes to deliver sensitive and specific profiling without requiring a preamplification step, even for samples with low RNA content.
