Description
From QIAGEN's assay portfolio, the miRCURY LNA miRNA PCR Assay is a pre-designed product supporting both digital PCR (dPCR) and qPCR workflows. The assay has been wet-lab verified for qPCR and dPCR and is intended for RNA expression applications.
Each assay contains forward and reverse primers for SYBR Green-based real-time qPCR as well as EvaGreen-based digital PCR on Nanoplate 8.5k and Nanoplate 26k platforms.
