miRCURY LNA™ miRNA miRNome PCR Panel - Panel I - 4x Panel I; 4x 384-well plate

QIAGEN offers the miRCURY LNA miRNA PCR system, which includes miRNome profiling panels designed for high-performance miRNA detection. The panels are available in both SYBR Green and probe-based versions, combining the speed and convenience of a universal reverse transcription reaction with the sensitivity and specificity of LNA-enhanced qPCR primers. The system delivers fast, accurate results across sample types – including those with low RNA content – and supports profiling of human, mouse, rat, dog, and rhesus macaque miRNomes. The miRNome PCR Panels are the recommended successors to the discontinued miScript miRNA PCR Arrays.

LNA-enhanced oligos in the miRCURY PCR assays and panels provide increased primer binding affinity, enabling the design of very short primers and probes that are miRNA-specific and short enough to prevent overlap when binding the target sequence. This allows detection and quantification of even the rarest miRNA targets with high specificity and sensitivity, without the need for preamplification. Users can tailor experimental setups with individual assays or fully flexible custom panels, and use the same cDNA reaction to shift seamlessly between predesigned or custom primer assays or panels.

The panels can also be used in combination with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System for sensitive detection of miRNAs when paired with the QIAcuity EG PCR Kit, as described in the manufacturer's supplementary protocol.
