miRCURY LNA miRNA ISH Kit 9 (FFPE)

This in situ hybridization kit from QIAGEN is designed for detecting specific microRNAs in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. As part of the miRCURY LNA miRNA ISH Optimization Kit (FFPE) series, Kit 9 targets miR-223 in myeloid, granulocytic, and monocytic compartments of the hematopoietic system, and is associated with expression in colon tissue and esophageal cancer.

The kit includes negative and positive (U6 snRNA) controls, hybridization buffer, proteinase K sufficient for 400 sections, and tissue- and cell-type-specific miRNA probes.
