miRCURY LNA miRNA ISH Kit 7 (FFPE)

This QIAGEN in situ hybridization kit is a complete research-use system optimized for sensitive and specific detection of short RNAs (miRNAs) in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. It uses locked nucleic acid (LNA) chemistry to increase probe affinity and mismatch discrimination, and includes optimized hybridization buffers, stringent wash solutions and control probes to streamline assay setup. Reagents are formulated for FFPE tissue workflows and supplied as RNase-free components, with positive and negative controls and a stepwise protocol included. The kit is compatible with both chromogenic and fluorescence detection platforms and is intended for research use only; it should be stored and handled under RNase-free conditions.

According to the product family information, the kit is supplied with negative and positive (U6 snRNA) controls, hybridization buffer, proteinase K, and tissue- and cell-specific miRNA probes.
