miRCURY LNA™ miRNA Focus Panel - Cancer,Urine/CSF Exosome; 4x 96-plate

As part of QIAGEN's miRCURY LNA miRNA Focus PCR Panels lineup, the Cancer, Urine/CSF Exosome Focus panel is specifically designed for RNA expression applications. These LNA-optimized miRNA PCR panels enable exceptionally sensitive and specific quantification of miRNAs using the miRCURY LNA miRNA PCR System. The pre-aliquoted primer panels are enhanced with LNA technology, are specific for particular sample types, diseases or pathways, and are ready for use in 96- or 384-well PCR plate formats.

The assays in the Exosome Focus miRNA PCR Panels were selected based on a combination of experimental data from in-house studies on exosomes using the miRCURY LNA miRNA PCR System and results published in peer-reviewed journals. The assays target miRNAs typically found in urine and CSF exosomes, although they are not a complete list of all miRNAs found in exosomes. QIAGEN recommends a full miRNome study using the miRCURY LNA miRNA miRNome PCR Panels if missing certain miRNAs is a concern.

Applied to cancer miRNA profiling from samples including FFPE and biofluids, the panel can support identification of unique cancer signatures and help identify biomarkers or classifiers for cancer types and progression.
