For laboratories needing reliable cleanup and concentration of DNA from enzymatic reactions, the QIAGEN MinElute Reaction Cleanup Kit provides a spin-column workflow using silica-membrane technology. It selectively binds DNA fragments ranging from 70 bp to 4 kb while removing unwanted components such as enzymes, salts, nucleotides, and other reaction by-products. The kit is suited to cleanup of reactions including labeling, ligation, and restriction digestion, and supports downstream applications such as sequencing, cloning, and PCR.

Designed as a bulk format for frequent, high-throughput use, the manual protocol delivers a binding capacity of 5 µg and returns DNA in an elution volume of 10 µl.
