MegaCult-C Control Antibody, 100 µL

Used in immunocytochemical staining workflows following MegaCult-C collagen-based colony assays, this STEMCELL Technologies Control Antibody serves as an isotype control for distinguishing megakaryocyte (CFU-Mk) and erythroid (BFU-E, CFU-E) progenitor colonies from background. The 100 µL vial supports cell culture applications where non-specific antibody binding must be quantified before evaluating lineage-specific markers such as CD41 and glycophorin A. After collagen gel culture, fixed slides can be stained with this control to establish baseline binding. The reagent should be stored refrigerated in the dark to preserve antibody activity across staining runs.
