Description
QIAGEN gel-stabilised phase-separation tubes designed for large-volume organic extractions in a 50 mL format. A high-density inert gel forms a barrier between phases after centrifugation, enabling easier removal of the aqueous phase.
These tubes are suitable for preparative nucleic acid purification and solvent-based extraction workflows, and are designed to improve yield and reduce contamination during large-volume extractions.
