Description
QIAGEN extension tubes with a 3 ml capacity are designed for use with QIAGEN spin columns. When placed on a QIAGEN vacuum manifold, the extension tube allows the entire sample to pass through the spin column membrane in a single step while vacuum is applied.
The tubes are listed as optional equipment in the QIAGEN supplementary protocol for the purification of miRNA from cultured cells and from animal or human tissues, where the AllPrep DNA/RNA/Protein Mini Kit is used in combination with the RNeasy MinElute Cleanup Kit.
