MagAttract Suspension G (13/15)

QIAGEN offers magnetic-particle technology that combines the speed and efficiency of silica-based DNA purification with the convenient handling of magnetic particles. The MagAttract Suspension G is designed for use with the BioSprint 96, supporting workflows in which DNA binds to the silica surface of the magnetic particles in the presence of a chaotropic salt. The bound DNA is efficiently washed, considerably improving purity, and high-quality DNA is then eluted.

The automated purification procedure completely removes enzymes, nucleotides, and other contaminants and inhibitors, yielding DNA suitable for direct use in downstream applications such as sequencing and microarray analysis. The magnetic particle suspension is also formulated for both automated and manual nucleic acid purification workflows, providing efficient binding and release of DNA and RNA, and is optimized for use with QIAGEN MagAttract protocols and magnetic separation instruments.
