Investigator Quantiplex Pro Calibr. Kit

Designed to support custom dye calibration for the QIAGEN Investigator Quantiplex Pro Kits on the Applied Biosystems 7500 or QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR Systems, this calibration kit enables calibration across five dyes — FAM, JOE, ATTO 550, ROX, and ATTO 647N — used by the Quantiplex Pro assays during quantitative real-time PCR. These dyes correspond to the detection channels for the small autosomal human target, the large autosomal human target used for degradation assessment, the human male target, and the internal PCR control.

Use of this calibration kit is recommended to achieve optimal performance with the Investigator Quantiplex Pro Kit on these instruments, while custom dye calibration for the same five dyes is needed for the Investigator Quantiplex Pro FLX Kit on the Applied Biosystems 7500 or QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR Systems.
