Internal Control DNA (High conc.)

A high-concentration internal control DNA reagent from QIAGEN, intended for use alongside the QuantiFast Pathogen PCR +IC Kit or the QuantiFast Pathogen RT-PCR +IC Kit. The internal control is incorporated into duplex real-time PCR or one-step RT-PCR reactions, supporting sequence-specific probe-based pathogen detection workflows.

When paired with the QuantiFast Pathogen PCR +IC Kit, the reagent is suitable for viral, bacterial, or fungal DNA targets; when paired with the QuantiFast Pathogen RT-PCR +IC Kit, it is suitable for viral RNA targets. It is compatible with most standard and fast real-time thermal cyclers that support duplex PCR/RT-PCR, including the Rotor-Gene Q and instruments from Agilent, Applied Biosystems, Bio-Rad, and Roche.
