ImmunoCult Hu CD3/CD28 TCell Act-Sam

This soluble T cell activation reagent from STEMCELL Technologies delivers combined CD3 and CD28 co-stimulatory signals for polyclonal expansion of primary human T lymphocytes under in vitro cell culture conditions. The bead-free ImmunoCult format supports adoptive cell therapy research workflows, including chimeric antigen receptor T cell development, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte studies, and immune response characterization, where consistent activation without feeder layers or antibody-coated beads is critical. The sample pack contains 1 mL of activator, sufficient for protocol optimization and small-scale expansion of CD3+ T cells isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
