Hu Recom Persephin, ACF, 20 µg

This animal component-free recombinant neurotrophic factor from STEMCELL Technologies is a human Persephin protein. Persephin signaling promotes the growth and survival of central dopaminergic and motor neurons. Biological activity was demonstrated by its ability to promote proliferation of TT cells, with an EC50 of 2.27 ng/mL as measured by a fluorometric assay. The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 20.8 kDa (10.4 kDa per monomer), and 1 μg was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining.
