Biological activity is demonstrated by the ability to promote proliferation of TF-1 cells, with an EC50 of 0.21 ng/mL. SDS-PAGE analysis performed under reducing and non-reducing conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining shows a predicted molecular mass of 22.3 kDa. The product is classified as a glucocorticoid pathway activator that acts on the glucocorticoid receptor.
