The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 15.8 kDa, and biological activity has been verified by STAT3 activation in U-87 MG cells, with a detection limit of ≤ 25 ng/mL. Purity is analyzed by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions with Coomassie Blue staining.
