The biological activity of this Human Recombinant IL-31 was tested by STAT3 activation in U-87 MG cells, with a detection limit of ≤ 25 ng/mL. The protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) and non-reducing (-) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining, showing a predicted molecular mass of 15.8 kDa.
