Hu Recom IL-3, ACF, 10 µg

A laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, this animal component-free (ACF) Human Recombinant IL-3 supports the survival and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and lineage-committed progenitor cells, as well as their differentiation into mature cells.

Biological activity is determined by the ability to promote proliferation of TF-1 cells, measured using a fluorometric assay method. In the manufacturer's example, the EC50 is 0.244 ng/mL. Recombinant cytokines from STEMCELL Technologies are produced under stringent criteria with a guaranteed purity of ≥ 95% and endotoxin levels of ≤ 0.2 EU/μg protein, supporting consistent results across activation, expansion, and differentiation applications in immunology and stem cell research.
