Biological activity of Human Recombinant IL-15 has been demonstrated by its ability to promote the proliferation of CTLL2 cells, with an EC50 of ≤ 1 ng/mL. SDS-PAGE analysis under reducing and non-reducing conditions, visualized by Coomassie Blue staining, indicates a predicted molecular mass of 12.9 kDa.
