Hu Recom IL-12, 1000 µg

A laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, Human Recombinant IL-12 is supplied as a solid powder. The cytokine is described to stimulate NK, B, and T cells to produce IFN-γ and to regulate cytokine synthesis and the proliferation of T and NK cells.

Biological activity of this Human Recombinant IL-12 preparation has been assessed by its ability to drive IFN-gamma production in NK cells co-stimulated with IL18, with an EC50 of less than 2 ng/mL. SDS-PAGE analysis with Coomassie Blue staining visualised 2 μg of the protein under reducing and non-reducing conditions, yielding a predicted molecular mass of 22.5 - 34.7 kDa.
