Hu Recom FGF-4, 5 µg

Biological activity is assessed by the ability to promote proliferation of BALB/c 3T3 cells, measured using a fluorometric assay method. The EC50, defined as the effective concentration at which cell proliferation reaches 50% of maximum, is less than 0.5 ng/mL. SDS-PAGE analysis under reducing and non-reducing conditions shows a predicted molecular mass of 19.4 kDa.

The product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It should be handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice, and stored with containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.
