Hu R-Spondin-3, 50 _g

A recombinant human R-Spondin-3 (RSPO3) protein preparation supplied as a 50 µg vial, intended for research use in organoid and stem cell biology workflows. R-Spondin-3 is a secreted activator of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and is widely applied as a culture medium supplement to support establishment, expansion, and long-term maintenance of epithelial organoids derived from intestinal, gastric, and other tissue sources.

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this protein in a lyophilized single-use vial format that is reconstituted in sterile buffer and added to complete organoid growth media at working concentrations in the low ng/mL range. The preparation is validated for biological activity in supporting Lgr5-positive stem cell populations within 3D Matrigel dome cultures and supports co-culture applications involving stromal niche cell types, including protocols that pair RSPO3 with Noggin and EGF for intestinal crypt expansion.
