hMSC CD45/CD73/CD90/CD105 Antibody Panel

STEMCELL Technologies offers a multi-color flow cytometry kit designed for the phenotypic analysis of human mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs). The panel contains three fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies that identify human MSCs — anti-CD73 (Clone AD2, PE), anti-CD90 (Clone 5E10, FITC), and anti-CD105/Endoglin (Clone SN6h, APC) — along with an anti-CD45 antibody (Clone HI30, PerCP-Cy5.5) for identifying non-MSCs. Together, these reagents enable single-step labeling for the verification of human MSCs.

By flow cytometry, ≥ 95% of the MSC population must express CD73, CD90, and CD105, and must lack expression (≤ 2% positive) of CD45. The panel can be used to characterize MSCs derived from various tissues, including bone marrow MSCs (BM-MSCs), pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal progenitor cells (hPSC-MPCs), adipose-derived MSCs (ADSCs), dental pulp-derived MSCs (DPSCs), and umbilical cord-derived MSCs (UC-MSCs). Reagents are supplied in PBS buffer and stored at 2 - 8°C without freezing.

The kit is compatible with human MSCs cultured in MesenCult™-ACF Plus Medium, MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit (Human), or MesenCult™-hPL Medium Kit. Because of the low frequency of MSCs in human tissues, expansion in culture prior to flow cytometry analysis is recommended. The reagents are intended for research use only.
