HBV Control Pep Pool 25ug/pep

This hepatitis B virus (HBV) control peptide pool from STEMCELL Technologies is designed for immune cell activation. The lyophilized mixture contains 9 peptides derived from HBV, consisting of defined HLA class I-restricted T cell epitopes that can be used as an antigen-specific positive control to stimulate T cells.

The pool is formulated as a lyophilized trifluoroacetate salt preparation with a purity of ≥ 95%, supplied at approximately 25 μg per peptide. Before reconstitution, the product should be warmed to room temperature (15 - 25°C), then dissolved in pure dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; ~40 μL) and diluted with water to the desired concentration, keeping the final DMSO concentration below 1% (v/v) to avoid toxicity in the biological system. For storage, the lyophilized product should be kept at -20°C and is stable as supplied until the expiry date (EXP) on the label. After reconstitution, unused material should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, protected from light; thawed aliquots should not be re-frozen. Products are intended for research use only.
