From STEMCELL Technologies, the GloCellâ„¢ Fixable Viability Dye Red 780 is an irreversible cell viability dye for staining live/dead mammalian cells in flow cytometry applications. It has an excitation maximum of 757 nm and an emission maximum of 779 nm. Source material describes its use in flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and human multiple myeloma bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs).
