Description
From STEMCELL Technologies, this irreversible cell viability dye is designed for staining live and dead mammalian cells in flow cytometry applications. It has been demonstrated for use on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and human multiple myeloma bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs). The UV-excitable fluorophore has an excitation maximum of 355 nm and an emission maximum of 450 nm, supporting multi-color panel design and UV-channel assays. Reagents should be stored protected from light and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions for dilution and use.
