GloCell FV Dye Red 710, 5x100tests

An irreversible fixable viability dye from STEMCELL Technologies designed for staining live and dead mammalian cells in flow cytometry applications. The dye has an excitation maximum of 693 nm and an emission maximum of 713 nm, placing it in the far-red region of the spectrum. It is optimized for flow cytometry and multiplexed panels that require long-wavelength detection. Manufacturer-illustrated flow cytometry analyses show labelling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and human multiple myeloma bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs). The product should be stored protected from light, and handling and dilution guidance are included in the manufacturer protocol.
