GeneRead DNAseq Targeted HC Panel V2

For targeted next-generation sequencing of curated cancer-related gene sets, the QIAGEN GeneRead DNAseq Targeted HC Panel V2 provides a hybrid-capture workflow built on the company's GeneRead library preparation chemistry. Pre-pooled probes, hybridization buffers, wash solutions, and streptavidin capture beads are supplied in single-use vials, allowing laboratories to enrich exonic and flanking intronic sequences from oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in a single capture reaction. Molecular barcoding and dual-index adapter strategies support sensitive variant calling at low allele frequencies when paired with high-depth sequencing on Illumina instruments.

Reagents are stored at -20 °C in a frozen state and should be protected from light; probe mixes are aliquoted after first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve capture efficiency. Genomic DNA inputs of approximately 100 ng to 500 ng per capture reaction are typical, with the resulting enriched library analyzed through the GeneRead DNAseq Analysis pipeline or compatible third-party variant callers. The kit is intended for research use only and ships on dry ice in temperature-monitored packaging to maintain cold-chain integrity from the QIAGEN facility to the receiving laboratory.
