Generation DNA Purif. Solution (1000 ml)

QIAGEN DNA purification buffer formulated to support efficient binding and wash steps for routine extraction and cleanup workflows. The solution is used with Generation Capture Kits alongside Generation DNA Elution Solution for purification of genomic DNA from whole blood, bone marrow, buffy coat, body fluids, cultured cells, cell suspensions and Gram-negative bacteria. It employs a silica membrane-based approach that does not require pre-lysing of the sample or precipitation of the DNA, delivering a ready-to-use reagent well suited to high-throughput laboratory settings.

Recommended storage is at room temperature (15–25 °C), with a stated shelf life of 12 months. Approximate bottle dimensions are 10 × 10 × 28 cm with a packaged weight of around 1.2 kg (with solution).
