QIAGEN offers an immunomagnetic circulating tumor cell (CTC) enrichment kit designed for the selective capture of CTCs using antigen-specific beads. Processing is streamlined on compatible automated platforms, and the reagents required for the enrichment steps are included.

Enriched material produced by the kit can be applied to downstream molecular analyses, with purified mRNA suitable for RT-PCR, real-time RT-PCR, cDNA generation, and sequencing, as well as the AdnaTest procedure for molecular characterization of CTCs.
