EZ1 DSP DNA Blood Kit (48)

From QIAGEN, this kit enables automated purification of genomic DNA from human whole blood using magnetic-particle technology. It supports sample volumes of 200 µl or 350 µl with elution volumes of 50–200 µl, and is compatible with the EZ1 Advanced, EZ1 Advanced XL, and EZ2 Connect MDx instruments. When paired with the EZ2 Connect MDx, the system processes 1–24 samples; with the EZ1 Advanced XL, it processes 1–14 samples.

All required reagents and labware are included. Reagents are supplied in prefilled, sealed reagent cartridges, simplifying loading and helping to reduce handling errors. Every processing step is performed by the instrument — from piercing the reagent cartridge to elution — eliminating the need for centrifugation. Manual handling of potentially infectious samples is minimized, supporting both user safety and reliable processing.

Carrying CE-IVD marking, the kit is intended for use in downstream detection procedures in molecular diagnostics, such as PCR. Purified genomic DNA is ready to use in sensitive diagnostic assays.
