Description
QIAGEN presents a preprogrammed card designed for the automated purification of DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. Compatible with the EZ1 Advance XL or EZ2 Connect instruments, the card uses silica-based magnetic bead technology to deliver genomic DNA suitable for PCR, digital PCR, and next-generation sequencing applications.
Elution is performed in volumes of 60 and 100 µl. The card processes tissue sections each with a thickness of 5–10 µm, for a total volume of 4 mm3.
