EZ1 Adv. XL DNA Bacteria Card

A preprogrammed protocol card from QIAGEN designed for the EZ1 Advanced XL instrument. The card enables easy setup of DNA purification protocols using the EZ1 DNA Tissue Kit, with no manual data entry required. Simply insert the card into the EZ1 Advanced XL card slot and start the workstation.

It is preprogrammed with protocols for purification of DNA from human samples, swabs, biopsies, and bacterial cultures, producing high-quality DNA suited for use in many downstream applications.

When used with the EZ1 DNA Tissue Kit, the EZ1 Advanced XL workstation processes up to 14 samples per run in less than 20 minutes, delivering purified nucleic acids in 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes. Additional features include bar code reading for complete tracking of samples and reagents throughout the purification process, automatic generation of pdf and csv run reports, and an integrated UV lamp for decontamination of the workstation interior.
