Eppendorf Research® plus single-channel, variable 20 - 200 µL, yellow incl. epT.I.P.S.® box

A mechanical air-cushion pipette by Eppendorf, the single-channel Research plus model is engineered for accurate, easy, and ergonomic pipetting of aqueous solutions. Its ultra-light construction follows the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept® principles, helping to reduce hand and arm strain during repetitive work. A spring-loaded tip cone minimizes tip attachment forces without sacrificing tip tightness, and the line is recognized for one of the lowest operating and tip ejection forces on the pipette market.

This variable-volume unit covers a 20 - 200 µL range and is identified by its yellow control button. The lower part, or the entire pipette, can be autoclaved to support decontamination, and the premium-material construction provides high UV and chemical resistance. Users can temporarily adjust the pipette for better accuracy when working with challenging liquids such as ethanol, or when pipetting at high altitudes, and return to the factory adjustment without the need for calibration. A boxed set of epT.I.P.S.® pipette tips is included with the unit, and the product is made in Germany.

Beyond standard forward pipetting, the pipette supports reverse pipetting, removal of supernatants, sample mixing, phase extraction, and filling of plates, gels, and reaction vessels. Single-channel Research plus pipettes are available in fixed or variable volume, while multi-channel options are offered in 8-, 12-, 16-, and 24-channel configurations.
