Eppendorf Research® plus single-channel, variable 0.1 - 2.5 µL, dark gray, incl. epT.I.P.S.® box

This single-channel, variable-volume air-displacement pipette from Eppendorf covers a 0.1 to 2.5 µL range with 0.002 µL increments. The dark gray control button identifies the instrument within the Research plus line.

Designed as an ultra-light pipette with low operating forces, it incorporates a spring-loaded tip cone that minimizes tip attachment and ejection effort, and a secondary adjustment mechanism for tuning when working with challenging liquids. The control button and ejector are positioned for natural hand placement. The instrument is constructed from UV- and chemical-resistant materials and is fully autoclavable — either as a whole unit or with only the lower part, without disassembly — supporting straightforward decontamination. It is compatible with Eppendorf ColorTag systems and is supplied with an epT.I.P.S. Box 2.0, an operator's manual, and manufacturer documentation. The product carries a 3-year manufacturer's warranty and is made in Germany.

Published random error specifications: ±12% (±0.012 µL) at 0.1 µL; ±6% (±0.015 µL) at 0.25 µL; ±1.5% (±0.019 µL) at 1.25 µL; and ±0.7% (±0.018 µL) at 2.5 µL.
