Description
Designed as one of the lightest and most ergonomic mechanical pipettes available from Eppendorf, this single-channel model has a fixed volume of 100 µL, set by a yellow control button. The body of the instrument is manufactured in Germany.
Built according to the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept®, the pipette is engineered to minimise hand and arm strain through reduced operating and tip ejection forces. A spring-loaded tip cone, available on pipettes up to 1 mL, lowers tip attachment force without sacrificing tip tightness. Premium materials deliver high UV and chemical resistance, and the user can temporarily adjust the pipette for challenging liquids such as ethanol or for work at high altitudes, then return to factory adjustment without calibration.
The mechanical air-cushion design supports forward pipetting, reverse pipetting, removal of supernatants, sample mixing, phase extraction, and the filling of plates, gels, and reaction vessels.
